Thanksgiving weekend is shaping up to be a busy one for Garth Brooks. On Thanksgiving Day, his much-anticipated eight-disc box set is being released; then on Friday, his Las Vegas show will be broadcast live on CBS. That means Brooks' family is pushing their proper Thanksgiving dinner back until Saturday. So what foods will Brooks indulge in on Thanksgiving Day? "I might have an ice cube," he told the Associate Press. "Dude, when you're 260 (pounds) you're always watching your weight and, for some reason, you think you're going to make a difference the day before by not eating." - I on the other hand.. will be eatting as much as my sweat pants will allow :)
Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have a lot of tattoos. So many, in fact, that when a USA Today reporter asked about the meanings behind them all, Kelley jokingly replied, "How much time you got?" Hubbard then revealed that a web-like design on his inner left arm represents his passion for traveling, while a tattoo on his right bicep that reads "Work Hard Play Hard" is self-explanatory, "'cause that's kinda what we do." Kelley, meanwhile, has "probably the worst tattoo ever" on his wrist: an image of a guitar neck.. Fun fact about me? I have NONE - Maybe someday.. MAYBE!
Kimberly Williams-Paisley is not fazed by rumors that husband Brad Paisley had an affair with Carrie Underwood. In fact, she thinks they're hilarious. When asked about the rumors by Us Weekly, Williams-Paisley replied, "Are you serious? Wow! I hope it helps our careers! That's all I can say." She also shared a trick or two for keeping their marriage strong. "We have family Sundays together. We spend as much time as we can. We're very down-to-earth people. We come from good families, and we appreciate family." Brad's too good of a dude.. Leave him be :)
So COOL! Brad Paisley gets wild on his new tune "The Mona Lisa." He revealed that the song's refrain includes the voices of 10,000 fans from a concert in Saratoga Springs, New York: “In concert, I said, ‘Who wants to be on the new album,’ and what you hear at the end of the song is the audience singing the ‘whoas.’ So if you live in Saratoga Springs, and you were at our concert last time, you made the album!” Paisley is set to perform "The Mona Lisa" at the American Country Awards on December 10.. He's such a cool dude! LOVE me some BP!
Not too sure how I feel about this.. But the FCC is considering allowing texting and other "mobile services" on flights while flying above 10,000 feet, but not during takeoff and landing. The proposal aims to give airline passengers the same communication access in the air that they have on trains, buses or in coffee shops. But not everyone is happy at the idea. A survey by one Air Line showed that 64 percent of passengers think allowing cell phone calls would have a negative impact on their on-board experience.. I agree. Text maybe, LOUD convo next to me.. Nope! SHHHHHH I'm trying to nap :)
