Florida Georgia Line's debut album, Here's To The Good Times, tops Billboard's Top Country Albums Chart for the first time and moved back up to the Number Five spot on the all-genre Top 200 Chart. The feat welcomes the duo into an elite group of just three artists (Jason Aldean's My Kinda Party in 2011 and Taylor Swift's self-titled in 2007) in the past six years to reach the top spot after their initial chart debut.
The album has also been certified gold for sales of more than half a million units in both the U.S. and Canada.
The success of Here's To The Good Times is arguably due to the renewed interest in Florida Georgia Line's Number One country hit, "Cruise," which has been remixed to feature rapper Nelly and is soaring on the pop charts.
The duo performed the remix version with Nelly on last week's season finale of The Voice.
